Mospla Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Registering

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between mospla (mospla.app) and its members. mospla is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming license.

All terms on this page apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail. We are, however, always committed to protecting our members' interests.

Mospla reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notification will be sent to your registered email and the date on the website will be updated.

2. Account Register

Accurate and truthful information is required when registering on mospla. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is permitted
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate
• Sharing your account login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited
• The member is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account
• Members are responsible for keeping their passwords secure
• Running multiple accounts from the same device or network may result in all of them being closed

3. Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on mospla. Use of this platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Mospla may request government-issued ID to verify your age at any time. Your account may be restricted until verification is complete. Any winnings earned through an account registered with a false age will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits on mospla can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted
• Deposits are generally credited to your wallet instantly
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold
• No additional fees are charged on deposits
• Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are subject to the bank's own policies

5. Withdrawal Policy

A fully verified account (KYC) is required before withdrawing from mospla. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is incomplete.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours
• VIP members receive priority fast-track withdrawals
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing any bonus winnings
• Withdrawals may be held pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Mospla offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 30–40x)
• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the bonus period expires
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination
• Mospla may modify or discontinue its bonus program at any time.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on mospla are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is completely random and impartial.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available within the game itself
• Bets from games cancelled due to a software error or technical issue will be refunded
• If your internet connection drops, your game results are saved on the server
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as conclusive evidence
• Sports Betting wagers are settled once the official result is announced

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mospla. Violations may result in account closure and potential legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Strategic betting to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage)
• Using automated software or bots to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Submitting false information or forged documents

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Mospla follows international GDPR standards to protect your personal information. We never sell your data to third parties.

• Collected data is used solely for service delivery and verification purposes
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption
• Members may request access to their personal data at any time
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time

10. Responsible Gaming

Mospla supports gaming for entertainment only. We want every member to play for fun — not to fall into addiction or financial hardship.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• A temporary break (cooling-off period) can be requested at any time
• You can lock your account for a set period using the self-exclusion option

11. Account Termination & Suspension

Mospla reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for the reasons listed below. Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support.

• If a breach of terms or evidence of fraud is found
• If money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected
• If age verification fails or false information is provided
• If accessed from a restricted region
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Any remaining balance in a legitimately closed account will be refunded, subject to wagering conditions being met. However, accounts closed due to fraud will have their balance forfeited.

12. Amendments to Terms

Mospla may update these Terms & Conditions in part or in full at any time. Members will be notified by email ahead of any significant changes.

If a member continues to use mospla after any changes take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.
